Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for clients or internal systems Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide expert guidance on system integration, scalability, and performance optimization Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks Oversee implementation and ensure adherence to best practices and standards Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions Mentor junior engineers and technical teams Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposals Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 7–12+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or solution design Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# Experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) Experience in enterprise-level solution delivery Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Industry-specific experience (finance, telecom, healthcare, etc.) Key Competencies Strategic thinking Leadership and mentoring Client-focused mindset Decision-making under complexity Innovation and continuous improvement
