At Navarete, we engineer systems that prioritize absolute logical integrity and zero-trust security. We hold our internal data governance and telemetry collection protocols to the same rigorous architectural standards we deploy for our clients.
1. Data Ingestion & Telemetry
We collect minimal telemetry data when you access our platforms. This metadata is strictly limited to infrastructural metrics required to maintain P99 latency SLAs and ensure geographic routing efficiency. We do not aggregate personally identifiable information (PII) without explicit cryptographic consent.
2. Third-Party Subprocessors
To deliver our enterprise services, we utilize SOC2 Type II compliant infrastructure providers (including AWS, Vercel, and Cloudflare). Data transmitted to these nodes is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
3. Your Data Sovereignty
Under global Data Sovereignty protocols, you retain absolute root access over your corporate data. You may initiate a system-wide deletion sequence or request a full structural JSON payload of your activity by contacting our compliance engineers at engineering@navarete.tech.
Security Disclosures
If you are a security researcher and have discovered a protocol vulnerability, please refer to our strict Bug Bounty program before initiating diagnostic payloads against our production edge networks.
