Terms of Service | Navarete Engineering

At Navarete, we engineer systems that prioritize absolute logical integrity and zero-trust security. We hold our internal data governance and telemetry collection protocols to the same rigorous architectural standards we deploy for our clients.

1. Master Services Agreement (MSA)

By accessing our proprietary system architectures or initiating a managed DevOps consulting retainer, you implicitly execute this core routing agreement. Enterprise clients will be provided specialized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) overriding these standard terms.

2. Infrastructure Deliverables & Uptime

Navarete guarantees a standard 99.9% application uptime on environments exclusively managed by our Site Reliability Engineers (SRE). Outages resulting from client-initiated root access mutations or unauthorized legacy code deployment void all structured latency guarantees.

3. Intellectual Property Protocol

Upon definitive project settlement and zero-balance invoicing, all custom application source code, infrastructure as code (IaC) templates, and deployment pipelines are entirely transferred into the client's repository under a perpetual, non-revocable MIT license protocol.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no software fault event shall Navarete be liable for indirect, incidental, or exponential API tier damages arising out of systemic connection issues to third-party integrations not originally scoped inside our zero-trust boundaries.
